Pallet Solutions

If you aren't sure what you true situation is with pallets (or similar hire equipment), ro how up-to-scratch your pallet control methods are, you should take advantage of our Pallet Health-Check.  This service is available to managers, directors or owners of any business using, or planning to use pallets and pallet type equipment. It is very low cost, and without any obligation.

In practical terms, the approach to solving pallet problems is similar to solving medical problems. This service has four elements:
  1. Assessment: A private discussion of your concerns and requirements to assess if you need our help.
  2. Examination: Looking at all elements of your operation to see where the problems are coming from.
  3. Diagnosis:     Investigate your situation, identify the causes and risk factors, and review your options.
  4. Prescription: Specific recommendations and action steps to address the problems, and vaccinate against re-occurrence.
A Pallet Health-Check meeting will cost you almost nothing, but it could be the most valuable meeting you arrange this year!
A Pallet Health-Check is carried out at a meeting held at a time convenient for you at your premises.  During this meeting we will discuss your business with you in some detail.  We will cover most aspects of your logistics functions to a greater or lesser extent, but focusing on areas that are most important to you.  There will be ample opportunity to discuss any business issues, opportunities, or problems you are encountering.

We know your time is valuable and you want to get the most for our meeting, and for this reason we take a fairly structured approach.  It enables us to get a good understanding of the key aspects of your business in a reasonable amount of time.  It won’t take more than 1 hour of any one person's time, and all we ask is that other key decision makers are there for the meeting, so as to have input from all the 'stakeholders' when discussing key logistics issues, obtaining maximum benefits from this meeting.
At the end of the discussion, we'll talk about any key or urgent issues that have arisen from the Pallet Health-Check, highlighting any identified areas where you could be saving money right now and improving your bottom line. 
 
From this, we can then look at what should immediately follow. If there is value for you in having us address specific issues, we'll follow through immediately. We'll also identify whether your company could qualify for support through government subsidies.
